Ingredients
Method
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with aluminum foil for easy clean-up.
- In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and Italian dressing mix.
- Coat both sides of each pork chop with the brown sugar mixture and place them on the baking pan. Any remaining brown sugar mixture can be sprinkled on top of the pork chops.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through.
- Turn on your broiler to HIGH and broil the pork chops for 1-2 minutes until the brown sugar caramelizes. Be sure to watch it carefully to prevent burning.
- Remove from the oven and let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the pork chops in the brown sugar mixture for 30 minutes to an hour before baking.
Feel free to adjust the amount of brown sugar and Italian dressing mix according to your taste preferences.
Make sure to use boneless pork chops for this recipe. Bone-in pork chops will require a longer cooking time.
