- DRESSING
- 1/4 Cup red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice if possible
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon Granulated sugar
- 1 Tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 Tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 Cup Extra-virgin olive oil
