Baked Potato Casserole

The casserole was simple to make and only required a few ingredients that I already had in my kitchen. It was also very tasty and filling. Overall, I would definitely make this dish again.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 - Potatoes
  • 1/4 Cup Unsalted Sweet butter
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheese
  • 3 Strips - Bacon and Cooked Crispy.
  • Chives Dried.
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cut potatoes into cubes and bake until tender (20 minutes). ).
  • Sauté bacon till crispy, then place on a paper towel.
  • Add potatoes to a casserole dish.
  • Spread melted butter on the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add shredded cheese and bacon to the bowl. Finally, add chives.
  • Bake at 375°F for 5 minutes, or until cheese has melted.
