Baked Potato Casserole
The casserole was simple to make and only required a few ingredients that I already had in my kitchen. It was also very tasty and filling. Overall, I would definitely make this dish again.

- 6 - Potatoes
- 1/4 Cup Unsalted Sweet butter
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheese
- 3 Strips - Bacon and Cooked Crispy.
- Chives Dried.
- Salt & Pepper
Cut potatoes into cubes and bake until tender (20 minutes). ).
Sauté bacon till crispy, then place on a paper towel.
Add potatoes to a casserole dish.
Spread melted butter on the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
Add shredded cheese and bacon to the bowl. Finally, add chives.
Bake at 375°F for 5 minutes, or until cheese has melted.
