- 2 sticks butter softened
- 1 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup white granulated Sugar
- 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
- 5 large eggs room temperature
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. Baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F and grease Bundt pan.
Blend room temperature butter and honey with white sugar until smooth. Blend in vanilla and eggs.
Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and then continue to mix until the mixture looks smooth and creamy.
