Ingredients
  

  • 2 sticks butter softened
  • 1 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup white granulated Sugar
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 5 large eggs room temperature
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. Baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F and grease Bundt pan.
  • Blend room temperature butter and honey with white sugar until smooth. Blend in vanilla and eggs.
  • Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and then continue to mix until the mixture looks smooth and creamy.
  • Bake the batter in a Bundt pan for 50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes clean.
  • Take out the Bundt pan from the oven and let cool on a wire rack.
