1/2 cup hot/chili (such as Sriracha).
1/2 cup honey or brown sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce (gluten free for gluten-free).
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 cloves of garlic, grated
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1-pound breasts of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper to your liking
Directions
In a small saucepan, heat the sugar, soy sauce vinegar, garlic, chili pepper flakes, and hot sauce until the sugar is melted into sauce.
In a large, oven-safe skillet heat the oil over medium-high heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and then add to the pan. Brown for about 3-5 minutes each side.
Bake the chicken in a 400F/200C oven for 10-15 minutes. Continue to bake, turning the sauce once every five minutes.
Enjoy the rest of the sauce!
