- 16 ounces of pork sausage browned, and drained
- 2 chopped green onions
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 6 eggs beaten
- Optional: A dash of hot sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F
Brown the meat in a cast iron skillet. Let cool slightly, then return to the pan.
Mix all remaining ingredients together in a large bowl.
In a skillet, add the egg mixture.
Bake in the oven for 45 minutes, or until the eggs are set in the middle. Let cool completely before you cut to serve.
