- 2 lb hot breakfast sausage
- 1 bag 30-32oz. frozen shredded hashbrowns
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 eggs
- 2 cups milk
Preheat oven to 350oF Spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
Cook sausage in a large skillet until it is no longer pink. Drain the fat and place in a bowl.
Cook the hash browns in a skillet until they are lightly browned. If necessary, add a little oil to your skillet. In a 9x13-inch skillet, lightly grease. Sprinkle with cheese and sausage.
Mix eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper together. Add the hash brown mixture to the bowl.
If baking is not done by this time, cover and refrigerate. **
Bake covered for 35-40 minutes.
