SAUSAGE HASH BROWN BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb hot breakfast sausage
  • 1 bag 30-32oz. frozen shredded hashbrowns
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 cups milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350oF Spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  • Cook sausage in a large skillet until it is no longer pink. Drain the fat and place in a bowl.
  • Cook the hash browns in a skillet until they are lightly browned. If necessary, add a little oil to your skillet. In a 9x13-inch skillet, lightly grease. Sprinkle with cheese and sausage.
  • Mix eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper together. Add the hash brown mixture to the bowl.
  • If baking is not done by this time, cover and refrigerate. **
  • Bake covered for 35-40 minutes.
