Chocolate Turtle Poke Cake
This Chocolate Turtle Poke Cake is an easy, delicious dessert that everyone will love! It's made with a chocolate cake mix, topped with a caramel sauce and pecans, and then covered in chocolate ganache.

- 1 box Chocolate Cake Mix with ingredients listed at the back
- 2 12 oz jar caramel ice cream topping divided
- 1 can of chocolate frosting
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1-1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
Follow the package instructions to bake your cake.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes, then use the end of a wooden spoon to poke holes around the cake. Spread 1 jar of caramel sauce on top of the cake. Use a spatula to make holes. Allow to cool completely.
Mix the chocolate frosting into a bowl. Whip for a few minutes.
Spread the spread on top of the cooled cake.
Sprinkle with pecans and chocolate chips, then drizzle with caramel topping. I used a piping bag to do this.
