Ingredients
  

  • 454 g 1 lb ground breakfast sausage, uncooked
  • 227 g 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 180 g 1 1/2 cups Bisquick
  • 170 g 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 454 g 4 cups shredded, frozen hashbrowns

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the ground sausage, cream cheese, Bisquick, cheddar cheese, and hashbrowns. Mix everything together until it is well combined.
  • Divide the mixture into 1 1/2-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the bites are cooked through and browned.
  • Serve the bites immediately and enjoy!

Notes

You can easily substitute the ground breakfast sausage for a vegetarian alternative if desired.
If you prefer, you can use fresh hashbrowns instead of frozen ones, just make sure to shred them finely.
These bites can be made ahead of time and reheated in the oven or microwave for a quick and easy snack or meal.
