Ingredients
  

  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil 45 grams
  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons of Italian bread crumbs 14 grams
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder 2.5 grams
  • 1/3 cup of grated Parmesan cheese 30 grams
  • A pinch of paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon of pepper 1.25 grams
  • 1 teaspoon of dried parsley 1 gram

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a glass baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil over both sides of the pork chops.
  • In a shallow bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, garlic powder, paprika, parsley, and pepper.
  • Coat the pork chops with the mixture, pressing the coating onto the pork chops to make sure it adheres well.
  • In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the pork chops to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes per side or until golden brown.
  • Transfer the pork chops to the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the pork chops reaches 145°F (63°C).

Notes

To make this recipe gluten-free, use gluten-free breadcrumbs.
Thicker pork chops will require a longer baking time.
Make sure to check the internal temperature of the pork chops using a meat thermometer to ensure they are fully cooked.
