This sheet pan lemon butter shrimp recipe is a perfect weeknight meal option. With only 4 ingredients, it's quick and easy to prepare, yet still packed with flavor.

Ingredients
  

  • 680 grams 1 1/2 lb fresh or frozen (then thawed) shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 113 grams 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 lemons thinly sliced
  • 1 0.7 oz. packet of Italian seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  • Place the lemon slices in an even layer on the baking sheet.
  • Add the shrimp to the baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Pour the melted butter over the shrimp, making sure each piece is coated.
  • Sprinkle the Italian seasoning over the shrimp.
  • Bake for 13-15 minutes, or until the shrimp is opaque and pink.
  • Serve hot.

Notes

You can use fresh or frozen shrimp for this recipe, but be sure to thaw the frozen shrimp before using.
You can use salted butter instead of unsalted butter, but you may want to reduce the amount of salt you add to the dish.
Feel free to adjust the amount of lemon and Italian seasoning to your taste.
This recipe goes well with rice, pasta, or a side salad.
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
