Ingredients
  

  • 283 g 10 oz oyster crackers
  • 56 g 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp mustard powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried chives
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 120°C (250°F).
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Old Bay seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, mustard powder, chives, and salt.
  • Add the oyster crackers to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  • Spread the crackers in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Bake the crackers for 10 minutes, then flip them over and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes or until they are golden brown.
  • Let the crackers cool for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

You can easily double or triple this recipe to serve a larger crowd.
These crackers will keep for several days in an airtight container at room temperature.
If you don't have oyster crackers, you can substitute with any small, bite-sized cracker.
