- 4 cups cooked chicken shredded (900g)
- 4 oz cream cheese softened (113g)
- 1 cup cottage cheese 225g
- 1/2 cup sour cream 120g
- 1 10.75 oz can condensed cream of chicken soup (305g)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers crushed
- 6 tablespoons butter melted (85g)
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch (23cm) baking dish with nonstick spray.
In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the cottage cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, and cream of chicken soup. Stir well to combine.
