Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups cooked chicken shredded (900g)
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened (113g)
  • 1 cup cottage cheese 225g
  • 1/2 cup sour cream 120g
  • 1 10.75 oz can condensed cream of chicken soup (305g)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers crushed
  • 6 tablespoons butter melted (85g)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch (23cm) baking dish with nonstick spray.
  • In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the cottage cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, and cream of chicken soup. Stir well to combine.
  • Stir in the cooked shredded chicken and pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the crushed Ritz crackers and melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the chicken mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown, typically 30-40 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
