Chicken Burger Patties:

  • 907 grams 2 lbs ground chicken
  • 1 egg
  • 60 grams 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
  • 28 grams 1 oz ranch seasoning mix
  • 3 garlic cloves smashed and minced
  • 1/2 cup finely diced onion
  • 60 grams 1/2 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, egg, plain bread crumbs, ranch seasoning mix, minced garlic, diced onion, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  • Cover a baking sheet or a large cutting board with parchment paper. Shape the mixture into burger patties of your desired size, ensuring they are evenly shaped for even cooking.
  • Preheat a large cooking pan over medium heat and add oil to prevent sticking. Cook the burger patties for approximately 6-8 minutes on each side, adjusting the cooking time based on the size of the patties. Ensure they are cooked through with no pink in the center.
  • Assemble the burgers by placing the cooked chicken patties on buns. Add crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and drizzle with ranch dressing. Feel free to add any additional vegetables or toppings of your choice.

Notes

For a gluten-free option, substitute the plain bread crumbs with gluten-free bread crumbs or crushed gluten-free crackers.
