  • 1 9- inch pie crust
  • 226 g ½ lb pork sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 113 g 4 oz Velveeta cheese, diced
  • 113 g 4 oz Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 3 eggs
  • 240 ml 1 cup heavy cream
  • 60 ml ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a pie pan with the pie crust.
  • Evenly spread the cooked and crumbled sausage across the bottom of the crust. Top it with the diced Velveeta cheese and grated Monterey Jack cheese.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, dried parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and cheese in the pie crust.
  • Bake the quiche in the preheated oven for approximately 1 hour or until set.
