  • 4 cups 560 grams diced ham
  • 1/2 cup 120 grams mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Using a food processor, pulse the ham until finely chopped.
  • In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and hot sauce. Mix well.
