- 1/2 cup 120 grams mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Using a food processor, pulse the ham until finely chopped.
