  • 115 g 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 30 g 1/4 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled

Dressing:

  • 120 g 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 120 g 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 7.5 g 1/2 tablespoon Cajun seasoning (e.g., Old Bay)
  • 0.6 g 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
