- 285 g 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 397 g 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 283 g 10 oz jar of Alfredo sauce
- 113 g 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 75 g 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 113 g 4 oz cream cheese, softened
Place the thawed spinach and chopped artichoke hearts in a blender or food processor. Blend until well combined.
Transfer the blended mixture to a mixing bowl and incorporate it thoroughly with Alfredo sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, and softened cream cheese.
