Ingredients
  

  • 283 g 10 oz oyster crackers
  • 56 g 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp mustard powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried chives
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 120°C (250°F).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Old Bay seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, mustard powder, chives, and salt.
  3. Add the oyster crackers to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Spread the crackers in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake the crackers for 10 minutes, then flip them over and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes or until they are golden brown.
  6. Let the crackers cool for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

You can easily double or triple this recipe to serve a larger crowd.
These crackers will keep for several days in an airtight container at room temperature.
If you don't have oyster crackers, you can substitute with any small, bite-sized cracker.
