Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350º F (175º C).
  2. Place eggs, melted butter, lemon slices, sugar, and vanilla extract in a blender and pulse until mostly smooth.
  3. Pour the lemon filling into the frozen pie shell and bake for 45 minutes or until set.
  4. Remove from the oven and let cool completely, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
