- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Slice the sweet onions into ¼ inch rounds and separate the rings.
- Arrange the onion rings in the baking dish and sprinkle them with salt, garlic powder, and oregano.
- Place pats of butter evenly over the onions.
- Sprinkle the Italian blend and cheddar cheese over the onions, and top with parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the onions are tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

You can use any type of sweet onion, but Vidalia onions work particularly well.
