- Preheat the oven to 165°C (325°F).
- In a 9x13-inch baking dish, mix together the diced potatoes, cheddar cheese, garlic salt, bacon, and green onions until well combined.
- Add the mayonnaise and stir until everything is well coated.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown, about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
