Method
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius) and prepare a 9×13 inch (23x33cm) baking dish by spraying it with cooking spray.
- Cook the ground beef over medium-high heat in a skillet until it’s no longer pink. Drain the beef and return it to the pan.
- Add the taco seasoning and water to the beef and stir everything together until well combined.
- Add the undrained chili beans, tomato sauce, and cubed Velveeta cheese to the beef mixture. Stir everything together and let it simmer over low heat while you cook the pasta.
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Remember to salt your water for added flavor!
- Drain the pasta and add it to the taco beef mixture. Stir everything together and pour it into the prepared baking dish.
- Top the casserole with shredded cheese and bake for 20 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped tomato and green onion before serving. Enjoy!
