Pre-heat oven to 375°F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with non-stick spray.
Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch pieces. Place the chicken breasts in a single layer on the bottom of your prepared dish. Season the dish with salt and pepper.
Combine the milk and condensed soups in a large bowl. Spread the mixture over chicken. Sprinkle dry stuffing mixture evenly on top. Sprinkle the chicken broth over the dry stuffing mix, making sure that as much as possible is covered.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through. Let cool in the oven for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
