Method
- Follow the package instructions to bake your cake.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes, then use the end of a wooden spoon to poke holes around the cake. Spread 1 jar of caramel sauce on top of the cake. Use a spatula to make holes. Allow to cool completely.
- Mix the chocolate frosting into a bowl. Whip for a few minutes.
- Spread the spread on top of the cooled cake.
- Sprinkle with pecans and chocolate chips, then drizzle with caramel topping. I used a piping bag to do this.
