- Wash the grapes and remove the stems. Dry them thoroughly.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with a handheld mixer until smooth.
- Add the sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract to the bowl and mix well.
- Mix the cream cheese mixture with the grapes, stirring gently until all of the grapes are coated.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Just before serving, sprinkle the chopped pecans and brown sugar over the top of the grape salad.
