CRUSTLESS SAUSAGE & CHEESE QUICHE

This Crustless Sausage & Cheese Quiche is a delicious, low carb and gluten free breakfast or brunch recipe! It's easy to make and can be served hot or cold.

Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounces of pork sausage browned, and drained
  • 2 chopped green onions
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup half-and-half
  • 6 eggs beaten
  • Optional: A dash of hot sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. Brown the meat in a cast iron skillet. Let cool slightly, then return to the pan.
  3. Mix all remaining ingredients together in a large bowl.
  4. In a skillet, add the egg mixture.
  5. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes, or until the eggs are set in the middle. Let cool completely before you cut to serve.
