Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef with minced garlic and onion powder until browned and crumbly, for about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard any excess grease.
Spread the cooked beef evenly in a 23x33 cm (9x13-inch) casserole pan. Mix in the bacon pieces.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper until well combined. Stir in 225 grams (8 oz) of shredded Cheddar cheese.
Pour the egg mixture over the beef and bacon in the casserole pan. Sprinkle the remaining 115 grams (4 oz) of shredded Cheddar cheese on top.
Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown on top.
Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
