Layers of Cheese and Chicken in a Delicious Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 3- 4 Chicken breasts shredded and chopped
  • 20 Doritos any kind crushed
  • 2 10- ounce cans of cream chicken soup 98% ff.
  • 3/4 cup Milk 1%
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese fat free

Method
 

  1. Pre-heat oven to 450 Salt and pepper the chicken breasts. Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with tin foil. Bake the chicken at 450° for 15 minutes. Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the oven and allow it to rest for a while. Slice the chicken.
  2. Mix together the cream of chicken soup, milk and cans in a medium bowl. Set aside.
  3. Start by layering Doritos in a 9X13 casserole dish. Layer on the chicken and cream of chicken soup. Add cheese to the top and repeat these 3 layers.
  4. Reduce the oven heat to 350 degrees. Bake the casserole for 20-25 mins or until the cheese becomes bubbly. The chicken has been cooked so you don't need to heat it.
