  • 8 boneless pork chops (about 2 lbs or 900 g)
  • 1/2 cup (100 g) brown sugar
  • 1 (0.7 oz or 20 g) packet Italian Dressing Mix

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with aluminum foil for easy clean-up.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and Italian dressing mix.
  3. Coat both sides of each pork chop with the brown sugar mixture and place them on the baking pan. Any remaining brown sugar mixture can be sprinkled on top of the pork chops.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through.
