If you’re a fan of Baileys Irish Cream, then this is the cake for you! Made with a moist chocolate cake base and topped with a rich Baileys Buttercream, this cake is sure to please. Serve it at your next party or gathering and watch it disappear!

Tips:

Whether you’re a amateur baker or a professional pastry chef, these pro tips will help you make the best Baileys chocolate cake ever.

1. Use good quality chocolate. This cake is all about the chocolate, so be sure to use a brand that you love. We recommend using Ghirardelli or Lindt chocolate.

2. Pre-heat your oven before beginning to bake the cake. This will ensure that your cake cooks evenly and comes out with a nice, fluffy texture.

3. Line your baking pan with parchment paper before adding the cake batter. This will prevent the cake from sticking to the pan and making a mess.

4. When measuring the ingredients, be precise. Baking is a science, so making sure the ingredients are correctly measured is crucial in ensuring the success of this recipe.

5. Add the coffee last. The coffee helps to bring out the flavor of the chocolate, so you don’t want to add it too early in the process or it will cook off. Wait until everything else is combined before adding the coffee and then mix just until combined.

6. Allow the cake to cool completely before frosting it. If you try to frost a warm cake, the frosting will melt and it will be a disaster! Be patient and let the cake cool completely before moving on to step 7…

7. Make sure your frosting is smooth and lump-free before spreading

Conclusion & Recipe:

To conclude, this Baileys chocolate cake is the best cake I have ever had. It is so moist and chocolatey, and the frosting is to die for. I will definitely be making this cake again!
