  • 1.5 lbs Boneless skinless chicken breasts or 4 large breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder divided
  • 1/2 Tsp Paprika
  • 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 Cup small chopped broccoli florets
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Cream Cheese

  • Preheat the oven to 375F
  • Place the chicken on a cutting board. Use a sharp knife to cut through the middle.

  • In a large ovenproof skillet, heat oil on medium heat. Place the chicken in a skillet and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Then, transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for an additional 15 to 17 minutes.
