CRUST:

  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup of old-fashioned oatmeal
  • 2 cups of flaked coconut
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips

FILLING:

  • 14 oz sweetened condensed Milk
  • 1/4 cup Karo r, Light Corn Syrup
  • 8 oz toffee bits
