  • 2-2 1/2 lbs top sirloin steak cut into 2 1/2 inch pieces see note.
  • One pound of baby yellow potatoes quartered (or cut in half if they're already less than one inch in size).
  • 3 tablespoons olive Oil
  • Salt and pepper according to taste.
  • 1 tablespoon minced Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried Parsley
