Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb elbow macaroni
  • Ground beef 2 lb
  • 1 onion chopped finely
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 15 oz cans tomato sauce
  • 2 14.5 oz. cans of petit diced tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions
 

  • Bring large saucepan of water to boil. Cook macaroni 3 minutes less than per the package directions. Drain.
  • Place the skillet on high heat. In a large skillet, heat oil. Add the ground beef and onion to the pan. Cook the beef for about 6-7 minutes, breaking it up. Drain all fat.
  • Stir in the garlic and cook for one minute, until fragrant.
  • Mix in tomato sauce, worchestershire sauce and diced tomatoes. Mix everything together.
  • Mix in the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasonings according to your taste.
  • Add cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese. If the skillet is heat-safe, you can bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese has melted and bubbly. Transfer to a casserole dish and bake.
