  • 1 1/4 cups packed brown sugar (250g)
  • 3/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats (75g)
  • 3/4 cup milk (180ml)
  • 1/2 cup sugar (100g)
  • 3 large eggs, beaten
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature (42g)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract (7.5ml)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (1.5g)
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a pie dish with unbaked pie crust.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the brown sugar, oats, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add in the milk, beaten eggs, butter, and vanilla extract. Mix well until fully combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pie shell.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the pie is fully cooked through.
