  • 1 cup (240 g) sour cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) water
  • 1 can (595 g or 21 oz) apple pie filling

Glaze:

  • 1 cup (120 g) confectioners’ sugar
  • 1-1 1/2 tablespoons (15-22 ml) milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, ground cinnamon, sour cream, eggs, and water. Mix until well combined.
  3. Grease a 13×9-inch cake pan with cooking spray and sprinkle flour on it.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
  5. Spoon the apple pie filling over the batter.
  6. Bake for about 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the middle.
  7. Remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool for at least 10 minutes at room temperature.
