Directions:

  1. Line a baking sheet with wax paper and set aside.
  2. In a large pot over medium-low heat, melt together the butterscotch chips and peanut butter, stirring until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the chow mein noodles and salted peanuts (if using), stirring quickly to coat.
  4. Working quickly, drop by spoonfuls onto the wax paper.
