Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb sausage cooked & crumbled
  • 1 26-oz jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 15-oz container ricotta
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella divided
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 8- oz uncooked penne

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 400oF Lightly grease a 9x13x2-inch casserole pan; set aside.
  • Cook sausage in a skillet until it is no longer pink. Drain the fat.
  • Mix sauce, water and ricotta together.
