There are a few reasons why you should try this recipe for a simple cinnamon cake. It is moist and packed with flavor from the cinnamon and sugar. And third, this cake is versatile and can be served with a variety of toppings, such as fresh fruit, whipped cream, or even ice cream. So what are you waiting for? Give this recipe a try today!

Tips:

This recipe is simple, but there are a few pro tips to make it even better. First, make sure to use fresh cinnamon. Ground cinnamon loses its flavor quickly, so using fresh cinnamon will really make a difference in the taste of your cake. Second, if you want a more intense cinnamon flavor, you can add a little bit of cinnamon extract to the batter. Just be careful not to add too much, as it can be quite strong. Finally, if you find that the cake is too sweet for your taste, you can reduce the amount of sugar in the recipe by up to half.

Conclusion & Recipe:

This cake is so moist and packed with flavor, you’ll never believe it’s low fat! The key to the moistness is using oil instead of butter and adding an extra egg. This cake also has a beautiful texture from the combination of all-purpose and whole wheat flour.

If you love cinnamon, this cake is for you! It’s not too sweet, and the flavor of cinnamon really shines through. I like to top mine with a simple glaze made with powdered sugar and milk, but you could also just dust it with confectioners’ sugar.
