  • 4 English muffins split (Bays)
  • 8- oz breakfast sausage boiled and crumbled
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Use a 8-inch square baking tray to grease. Each half of the English Muffins should be cut in six pieces. Half of the cubed English muffins should be placed in a single layer. Add 1/2 cup of the cheese and half the sausage. Layer the rest of the English muffins, sausage, 1/2 cup cheese, and top with the last two.
