  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese (I used 3/4 cheddar and 1/4 mozzarella)
  • 240ml (1 cup) of milk
  • 60g (1/2 cup) of Original Bisquick mix
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Grease a 9-inch pie plate with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Cook beef and chopped onion in a skillet over medium heat for about 10 minutes or until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in salt, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce, then spread the mixture in the pie plate.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the beef.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and Bisquick mix until well combined.
  7. Pour the mixture over the meat and cheese.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
