- 2 lbs (907 g) ground beef
- 2 tablespoons (28 g) butter
- 4 cups (500 g) green cabbage, shredded

- 1 1/2 cups (170 g) Mozzarella cheese, grated
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
