3-Ingredient Crockpot BBQ Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 3 Tablespoons Italian dressing
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Place the breasts of chicken in the slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the Italian dressing and BBQ sauce over the top.
  2. Cook on high for 3-4 hrs or low for 5-6 hrs. You can either eat the whole thing or shred it with 2 forks. Once you are ready to serve, place in the sauce again.
  3. Serve it with vegetables, as a wrap, or in a slider roll with coleslaw.
