Preheat oven to 350°F
Add the ground beef to a large bowl. Drain the grease.
To the bowl, add the cream of mushroom soup and cream of cheddar cheese soup.
Add the cubed frozen potatoes to the bowl.
To the bowl, add 1/2 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese.
Mix everything together with a pinch of salt.
Spread the mixture in a greased casserole dish measuring 9"x13" and then sprinkle with the remaining shredded cheddar cheese. Cover the dish with tin foil.
Bake for 30 minutes, then carefully take out the tin foil. Bake for another 30 minutes.
