Crock Pot Mac and Cheese

Making macaroni and cheese at home is one of the best comfort foods to indulge in during the cold winter months. In this article, I show you how to make it in the crockpot so that it's quick, easy and delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces macaroni cooked
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oils
  • 12 ounces evaporated dairy milk
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Optional: 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
  • For maximum flavor 1 tablespoon dried onion flake can be used up to 2 T.
  • 1 1/2 cups Velveeta cheese 12 ounces
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 tablespoons butter melt

Instructions
 

  • Cook macaroni in a crockpot with olive oil.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Cook on low for 2 to 3 hours. Mix a few times, then enjoy!
