Chicken Noodle Casserole
This classic chicken noodle casserole is the perfect comfort food for a chilly night. It's easy to make and can be made ahead of time, so you can just pop it in the oven when you're ready to eat

- 12 ounces egg noodles cooked & drained
- 2 cans cream of chicken broth
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 cup milk
- 3 cups chicken cooked diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp parsley
Preheat oven at 350F. Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking oil.
Mix together cream of chicken soup with chicken, mayonnaise and milk. Stir until combined.
Gently stir in the cooked egg noodles. Pour in baking dish.
Bake uncovered for approximately 30-35 minutes, or until bubbly. Garnish with fresh parsley.
