- 1 lb sausage cooked & crumbled
- 1 26-oz jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 15-oz container ricotta
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella divided
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 8- oz uncooked penne
Pre-heat oven to 400oF Lightly grease a 9x13x2-inch casserole pan; set aside.
Cook sausage in a skillet until it is no longer pink. Drain the fat.
Mix sauce, water and ricotta together.
Place in a baking dish. Cover with foil.
Bake for 55 minutes. Cover with foil. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake for 5-10 minutes or until bubbly
