The Best Buffalo Chicken Bombs Recipe

- 1 cup cooked shredded Chicken
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- 2-3 Tbs hot sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 8 count can biscuits
- Butter for brushing
- Parsley to sprinkle
- Optional ranch dressing for drizzle
Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
Mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, hot sauce, and chicken in a bowl.
Each biscuit should be flattened to a width of about 4-5 inches. Then, using a cookie scoop scoop the chicken mixture into the middle of each biscuit. Seal the sides by securing tightly.
Place them on a baking sheet, with their backs facing up. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
Sprinkle with parsley and butter, if necessary.
