- 1 Tube refrigerated pizza dough
- Very thinly sliced 3/4 lb Ham
- 8 ounces of Swiss cheese very thinly sliced
- 8 tablespoons butter melt
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
- cooking spray
- Optional: 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Pre-heat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 9"x13' pan with cooking spray.
Place the pizza dough on a nonstick surface. Roll it out into a rectangle measuring approximately 13"x8".
To cover the pizza dough completely, layer the ham and cheese on top.
Start at one end and roll the dough tightly, jelly roll style. Seal the ends by pinching the ends.
The loaf should be cut crosswise into twelve equal-sized pieces.
Mix together the butter, brown sugar and poppy seeds. Pour evenly over the rolls.
Bake for between 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown. Sprinkle with parsley, if desired, and serve.
